Now how is this done? You can't get your car until the spot below is empty?
Wow that's pretty interesting how does that work?
they keep your keys. then, they can move them out to let others out. yes, it's weird..but, highly functional :)
Oh yeah.. and, during events.. ie Mardi Gras, Jazzfest, etc it's like $30/car for so many hours. quite the enterprise.
