When I first moved here....
I had a small problem or two....
And believe it or not.... My niehgbors.....My Landlord....

Spared nothing to get it fixed...

How awesome is that now days....

But wait....

Right soon after that....

I did a little painting on the front door and porch....

They (the landlord and wife)....
Noticed it.... and immediately took off a chuck of rent that month as a reward...

NOW... How awesome is that...?

When I left for Europe they gave me thier support as cash spending money..... while they took care of my mail....

When I left for Egypt.....

There was another envelope of cash.....

It made a big difference too....

I don't usually (ever) eat five... star.....

But I found a nice little boat to take me upriver....

I WAS NOT as low on cash as usual...

YES....HOW AWESOME IS THAT....

I have been asked several timers if the rent amount is O.K. with me...

WOW...WHAT is that....EH..?

I think it is awesome that my landlord just told me the rent would go down for the next 4 months...

Because the heating bill goes up this time of year....

YOU HEARD ME....

that IS correct....

JUST WHAT I SAID....

HOW AWESOME IS THAT....?
