Medieval Bavaria Toys......

Way ...way back.....before there were Frisbees, Bicycles, or Video games.....

You had to rely on simpler devices for entertainment.......

Still scary looking.........even without any idea what these were used for or how they were used.....

O.K........Check this out......

Back in the fun-filled days of Medieval Europe....

If you got in trouble for something ......

Something very minor......not requiring the Rack....

Or the Iron Maiden.....or Tongue & Finger screws.....

Well.....they would shackle you up outside .........

If they didn't burn, drown or hang you upside down....

You were forced to wear a mask and even hold a sign......

Often you would be tortured as Public Display......

Public Humiliation was real big back then........

What a insane looking thing to have to wear......

Looks like it weighs 50 lbs......roast in the sun too......

Egads!!.......What a seriously demented mask for the dark ages in Europe....

I wonder what you would have to have done to be forced into wearing this thing for Public Humiliation.....

Yes.....I can see that this thing is very old.....

But....Does it have to look so well used.....????

This place is bloody creepy......

Most museums have a little better lighting.....

Beautiful antique doors....
